Alguns internautas criticaram brincadeira feita ao lado de sua mãe, Kate Middleton

Uma foto do príncipe George segurando uma arma de brinquedo tem dividido opiniões nas redes sociais.

Ao lado de sua mãe, Kate Middleton, no Maserati Royal Charity Polo Trophy, evento realizado no último domingo, 10, no Beaufort Polo Club, em Tetbury, na Inglaterra, George aparece junto a outros garotos e mulheres brincando com uma pistola de brinquedo.

Algumas pessoas utilizaram as redes sociais para criticar a brincadeira do pequeno, por envolver um artefato vinculado à violência. Consequentemente, inúmeras outras postagens foram publicadas defendendo a arminha de George, acreditando não se tratar de nada demais.

"Não é uma piada quando pessoas perdem suas vidas porque seus filhos pensavam que estavam brincando com uma arma de brinquedo e era uma arma real!", escreveu uma usuária. Outro ironizou as críticas: "Príncipe George brinca com uma arma de brinquedo e pessoas que deixam que seus filhos joguem Call of Duty [game de tiro] não estão felizes".

So apparently people don't like Prince George playing with a toy gun. Jesus Christ he's a kid, let him be a kid and play with whatever the fuck he wants. Nothings changed since I was a kid and played with toy guns. People died then and still die now. #lethimbeakid
